Return Window
You may return or exchange unworn items within 15 days of delivery.
Conditions
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
• All tags must be attached
• Items must be returned in their original packaging
• Undergarments, socks, and face masks are final sale for hygiene reasons
How to Initiate a Return
1. Email us at support@essenzza.in with your order number and reason for return
2. We’ll send you a return authorization and shipping instructions within 24 hours
3. Ship the item back using the provided instructions
4. Once received and inspected, we’ll process your refund or exchange
Refunds
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.
Exchanges
Want a different size? We offer free exchanges on all orders within India. Just email us and we’ll arrange the swap.
Damaged or Defective Items
Received a damaged or defective item? Email us immediately with photos and we’ll send a replacement at no extra cost — no return needed.
