What sizes do you offer?
We offer sizes S through XXL. Our pieces are designed with an oversized/relaxed fit. Check the size guide on each product page for exact measurements. When in doubt, size down for a more regular fit.
How do I know my size?
Each product page includes a detailed size guide with chest, length, and shoulder measurements. If you’re between sizes, we recommend sizing down for a standard fit or going true to size for our intended oversized silhouette.
What is your fabric quality like?
We use heavyweight fabrics — our tees start at 250 GSM, hoodies at 400 GSM. We source premium combed and ring-spun cotton, French terry, and technical fabrics. No thin, see-through materials.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to select international destinations. Shipping rates and times are calculated at checkout. International orders may be subject to import duties.
How long does delivery take?
Domestic (India): 5–7 business days for standard, 2–3 for express. International: 7–14 business days. All orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days.
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it by emailing support@essenzza.in. After that, the order may have already been dispatched.
Do you do drops or restocks?
We release collections in limited quantities. Some popular pieces may be restocked, but we don’t guarantee it. Follow us on Instagram @essenzza.in for drop announcements.
How do I care for my ESSENZZA pieces?
• Machine wash cold, inside out
• Do not bleach
• Tumble dry low or hang dry
• Iron on low heat, avoid prints/embroidery
• Following these care instructions will keep your pieces looking fresh for years.
